Emergency Powers

Hello all. Just became a member of TFA in the past week. Seems like a nice place so far :)

I just saw on NRA-ILA that Maine had its Emergency Powers legislation signed into law so I did some searching on TN and the last I see is that the last (failed) attempt at getting this law to protect our rights was is 2007? Is that correct? That's what I am seeing from searching this forum and what I saw on the ILA site. Does anyone has different information on this?
