(With the carry law open to interpretation[it does not mention any specific bac] , an anti-carry zealot could try to nab someone for merely taking a sip of wine as part of a religious service.)

He screwed himself. He refused to take a breathalyzer test. The weird thing is if that is the case shouldn't he then have been charged with violation of implied consent law? He wasn't as far as I know. Which leads me to wonder then if he had a BAC blood test done at the precinct and did not come up drunk. It just seems weird that we have not heard what his BAC was we should know that by now. If it was anyone else we would know that by now. Didn't Curry used to be a police officer?

1. So he refused the breath test. (AT the time of my earlier post I did not know this.
2. Yes, what was his BAC ? I don't advocate drinking/carrying, but with no BAC cited in the statute, are we to fear prosecution for sipping wine at church ?
3. Yes he is a former police officer. City of Memphis, I believe.
Another thing I might add, anybody remember Rob Briley ? (Is it just me, or did he get better treatment ?)

News media has a hard time reading affidavits of arresting officers which were all available on line within hours of the arrest.
