Parking lot bill question

Postby Rbtama101 » Thu Feb 16, 2012 12:13 am

Does the parking lot bill apply to federal employees, such as postal employees and postal property where employees park?

The Bill would not supersede Federal Law, if a parking area currently is posted relative to Federal restrictions, this bill will not change that.

Has anyone else read Sections 2 and 3? I am hard pressed to see the benefit to us in them.

You are correct, it was intended as a "clean up" action but missed the mark by a wide margin. It has been requested that these two sections be removed.
