If you are refering to TVA the answer is No. TVA is not the Corps. The Corps does do work for TVA. TVA falls under theTVA ACT and will not be effected by this bill. TVA has already publicly stated that. I have asked my Senators and House member to add an amendment that would include TVA in this bill.
