Affiliated Clubs and Associations

The following clubs or associations are affiliated with the Tennessee Firearms Association.  Affiliation is based upon mutual membership and an existing working relationship between the organizations. 

• Tennessee Military Collectors Association.
The TMCA was formed in 1976 by interested collectors in the Middle Tennessee area.  The organization has two shows in Nashville every year.  Dealers come from across the United States and as far away as Germany and England.  TMCA members are hobbyists who collect, trade, and sell historical militaria and memorabilia.  Their interests cover a wide field representing every war and nation involved with the United States from the Civil War through Desert Storm.  No political ideology is espoused.
• Tennessee Shooting Sports Association
The TNSSA is an educational non-profit organization affiliated with the National Rifle Association and Civilian Marksmanship Program.  As the Tennessee affiliate of the NRA and CMP, it works to further the goals and mission of both organizations through education and active participation in the shooting sports, junior training and gun ownership.  The TNSSA serves as the sanctioning body for the Tennessee State Championship in each NRA competitive shooting discipline preserving the legitimacy and honor associated with such tournaments. The TNSSA provides awards for sanctioned State Championships.
