Affiliated Merchants

TFA has received many requests by merchants and individuals with businesses to promote their businesses to TFA members.  TFA has created a section on the TFA Forum is intended for business, merchants, and others who desire to provide discounts, specials or promotions for TFA members to do so.

TFA Forum Business Sponsor Section

These are the rules for the use of the TFA Affiliated Merchant section of the Forum:

1) Only businesses, merchants, etc., that are TFA business members, three year, five year or life members in good standing can post a topic in this section of the TFA forum.

2) A topic must at a minimum:
a) Identify the business member
b) Provide full contact information including physical address, telephone and email contacts
c) State clearly what special or promotion is offered to TFA members and any terms of said offer such as “must present a current TFA membership card”
d) Contain any conditions - such as expiration dates or limits on the offer - that may be applicable.

3) Once a merchant has posted a TOPIC on the TFA forum individuals will be allowed to post appropriate replies. Please make the replies constructive. Replies that are nothing more than statements such as “great”, “thanks”, etc., will not be approved.

4) All posts will be set for approval by a moderator prior to becoming publicly viewable.

5) All individuals, merchants and TFA members, participating in this program must agree to attempt to resolve any disputes or disagreements amicably if possible.
